  • Welcome to Chris Emeott Photography

This site is a bit under construction so pardon some of the "buttons" that may not be working. I'm working on it as I type. Stay tuned. In the meantime, please contact me 104,101,114,101ereh

I was connected with Ryan and Aysha though a mutual friend of ours. They are a great couple, super laid back and both have awesome personalities. It was such a great time working with them and theor whole wedding party. They decided to get married at the Guthrie Theatre outside on the “endless bridge” I made for a stunning backdrop with the St. Anthony falls in the background. The reception was held at FIVE event center in Minneapolis, its a great venue and had amazing food! Thanks again for everything and I am so happy you let me into your lives on your special day.

Recently I was approached to do a Quinceañera. I will admit that I was a bit hesitant to take on the job just because I have never been to one. After doing some research I was sure that I could give them the great photos that the family was after. To those of you who don’t know, a Quinceañera is a celebration of a girl coming to age  within the Hispanic culture. It is similar to a sweet 16 party. I’ll admit I was a bit nervous to shoot it but once I got started it really felt like a wedding. There was family, chambelanes and plenty of friends. I had a ton of fun and everyone was so cooperative. For the formals we went to the Walker Art Center as well as the amazing Guthrie Theatre. On a side note, the staff at the Guthrie is always so nice and accommodating to shoot there. Thanks to all of the staff at the Guthrie. I hope you enjoy the photos!

When I moved into my house I was pretty sure that I was the youngest person in the neighborhood. That is until I got to know my awesome neighbors. Pat and Aimee are so great to share a BLVD with. I am not exactly a flower person but one day when I came home from a shoot, I noticed that Aimee had planted a bunch of beautiful flowers in my little planter thingy in front of my house ( See, I told you I don’t know what I’m talking about) However, whatever she did looks amazing and much more than a bachelor could ever accomplish! So one day she contacted me to go do photos with their son Nolan at the local park. It was so much fun and it has been a treat seeing their son grow to a young man!
